Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in California, USA.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For orders shipped to EU countries, VAT is applied at checkout where required.

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, any additional customs charges must be paid by the recipient.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

  • If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost, please contact us at store@spirevolt.com with your order number. We will assist in resolving the issue.
